Tech Prep, a partnership among business, industry, labor, secondary and higher education, is a primary strategy for systemic educational change in Missouri that prepares students for technology based careers demanded by the increasingly competitive global economic community.
The Summer 2004 & 2005 Internships were held at the Perryville Career Center, Perryville, MO. Teachers attended session in Auto Collision, Building Trades, Graphic Communications and Welding. From lessons learned in these sessions, teachers developed lesson plans integrating this knowledge into their classroom.
